About the role

The Mobility Specialist, TNC is an essential member of the Hertz Local Edition team and serves as a brand ambassador. The role facilitates the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience for Lyft and Uber drivers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal operational efficiencies to provide customers the best rental car experience.
• Create rental car reservations, process rentals, and provide clean and safe vehicles.
• Assist customers with post‑rental inquiries involving rentals and billing.
• Answer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, rental requirements, billing, extensions, roadside assistance, and more.
• Effectively communicate program procedures and policies.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by actively soliciting business and overcoming customer objections.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick‑up, including damage checks, interior and exterior cleaning, gasoline fill‑up, and fluid level checks.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment while delivering helpful customer service that enhances the rental experience.
• Assist with special administrative projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a variety of tasks.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of customer service resolution practices and excellent communication techniques.
• Sales management or coaching ability.

Pay

$17.50 per hour

Schedule
