We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of role (What You Will Do) which can be Responsibilities. There's a Qualifications section. There's a "What We Offer" which includes benefits, compensation, etc. There's also "Compensation" part. There's no explicit Schedule. There's no explicit Skills separate. There's no explicit About the role separate from description? The first paragraph could be About the role. We'll treat that as About the role. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Remove application instructions (none). Remove cookie/navigation/legal etc. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's extract content: About the role: first paragraph: "As a Sales and Service Representative Registry, you will provide sales and service to members in the areas of membership, reservations, and other branch products and services both in-person and over-the-phone. In select states, provide registry services and ensure compliance and state regulations are met. The Sales and Service Representative Registry will achieve assigned standards for sales and referrals, recommend club products and services, and embody club mission and value statements with all interactions." That's substantive. Responsibilities: The "What You Will Do" section includes Sales, Member Service, Daily Operations. We can break into bullet lists under each subheading? But we only have headings for sections, not subheadings. We could produce a

with items for each duty. However we need to preserve details; we can list each bullet as a sentence. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not include Job ID. Qualifications: The "Qualifications What You Will Need" includes bullet list: High School Diploma or GED required, 1-3 years Customer Service with a focus in Sales required, Satisfactorily pass state specific and federal background check during pre and post hiring in accordance with state and federal requirements required, Must meet individual state requirements to perform registry and/or TSA services; including clearing federal/state specific background checks/processes required. We need to preserve all. Could format as
      • each. Benefits: "What We Offer" includes Award-Winning, Health Coverage, Retirement, Paid Time off, Additional Perks. Also Compensation section: Competitive base pay, annual bonus opportunities, and for certain roles, additional monthly and/or quarterly incentive compensation. The posted salary range represents the full range grade for this role, with individual pay based on job-related skills, experience, shift, and geographic location. We need Benefits section: include Award-Winning, Health Coverage, Retirement, Paid Time off, Additional Perks. Possibly also include Compensation as Pay section. Pay section: we have compensation details. Should we create a Pay heading? Yes if posting states compensation. It does: "Compensation: Competitive base pay, annual bonus opportunities, and for certain roles, additional monthly and/or quarterly incentive compensation. The posted salary range represents the full range grade for this role, with individual pay based on job-related skills, experience, shift, and geographic location." That's specific enough. Schedule: No mention of schedule/hours. So we omit Schedule section. Skills: Not explicitly listed; we could infer but not present. So omit Skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside each section, we need to use

        for prose and

        • for any list. For About the role: it's prose, so

. Responsibilities: we have multiple bullet-like paragraphs: Sales, Member Service, Daily Operations each with multiple sentences. Could treat each as

        • under a
. But we need to preserve all details; we can break into list items each representing a duty. However the original text includes headings "Sales:", "Member Service:", "Daily Operations:" which are like subheadings. We could keep them as part of list items. Simplify: create a
              with
            • for each major bullet (Sales, Member Service, Daily Operations) and inside each
            • we can have

for the prose? But spec says use

              • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. It doesn't forbid nested

                inside

              • . Probably okay. Thus:

                Responsibilities

                • Sales: Consistently meets or exceeds monthly and annual position-related performance metrics while achieving member satisfaction scores to support a positive and high-quality member experience and contribute to the Club’s overall goals and objectives. • Daily Operations: Acts as a liaison with internal departments including Travel, Insurance, Membership, Finance, IT, and Member Relations to coordinate information and support resolution of member and departmental issues. Performs all job duties in accordance with department policies, procedures, and practices within defined scope of authority, including consistent adherence to all Club and department safety and security protocols.

                Qualifications: list.

                Qualifications

                • High School Diploma or GED required

                • 1-3 years Customer Service with a focus in Sales required

                • Satisfactorily pass state specific and federal background check during pre and post hiring in accordance with state and federal requirements required

                • Must meet individual state requirements to perform registry and/or TSA services; including clearing federal/state specific background checks/processes required

Benefits: from "What We Offer". It includes Award-Winning, Health Coverage, Retirement, Paid Time off, Additional Perks. Also there is a line about "We are also proud of our diverse culture..." but that's maybe EEO; we should remove EEO boilerplate. The "What We Offer" section includes: - Award-Winning: We’ve been named as a Top Employer for the last 7 years - Health Coverage: Medical coverage with employer contributions covering up to 93% of the premium cost, plus dental and vision options. - Retirement: 6% company match on 401(k) retirement plan contribution, with contributions fully vested and made every pay period - Paid Time off: 3 weeks’ vacation, 12 holidays, 8 sick days, 48 hours of volunteer time annually - Additional Perks: Free AAA membership, insurance discounts, travel commission refund, up to $625 in Wellness Incentives, up to $6k in tuition reimbursement, and more! We should keep all that. Also there is a line "At AAA Northeast, how we work together matters..." that's about culture; could be considered part of Benefits? It's not a benefit per se but it's descriptive. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's about culture. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This culture statement is not EEO; it's about collaboration. Might be okay to keep as prose under Benefits? But it's not a benefit. Could be placed under About the role? Might be better to include as a separate section? There's no heading for Culture. We could include it as a

under Benefits or as a separate section like "About the company"? But we only have defined headings. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could incorporate that paragraph into Benefits as prose. Thus Benefits section:

                Benefits

                • Award-Winning: We’ve been named as a Top Employer for the last 7 years

                • Health Coverage: Medical coverage with employer contributions covering up to 93% of the premium cost, plus dental and vision options.

                • Retirement: 6% company match on 401(k) retirement plan contribution, with contributions fully vested and made every pay period

                • Paid Time off: 3 weeks’ vacation, 12 holidays, 8 sick days, 48 hours of volunteer time annually

                • Additional Perks: Free AAA membership, insurance discounts, travel commission refund, up to $625 in Wellness Incentives, up to $6k in tuition reimbursement, and more!

At AAA Northeast, how we work together matters. We are a highly collaborative organization that values connection, transparency, and trust. Our “cameras on” approach during virtual meetings reflects our expectation that team members are present, engaged and actively participating, helping to build strong working relationships and a sense of shared accountability, no matter where we’re located. We are also proud of our diverse culture, shaped by the talents, experiences, and perspectives of our employees.

                Pay section:

                Pay

Competitive base pay, annual bonus opportunities, and for certain roles, additional monthly and/or quarterly incentive compensation. The posted salary range represents the full range grade for this role, with individual pay based on job-related skills, experience, shift, and geographic location.

We should not include Schedule. Now ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The EEO statement at end: "AAA Northeast is an equal opportunity employer..." should be removed. Also the line "We thrive when our team members bring their whole selves to work." is part of EEO? It's after EEO statement; we should remove that as well. So we need to cut off after the culture paragraph before EEO. In our Benefits we included culture paragraph; we need to ensure we didn't include EEO. We'll stop before "AAA Northeast is an equal opportunity employer".
