About the role

The Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling automotive products and services, ensuring high-quality customer service, and supporting vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally
• Accurately diagnose service needs
• Recommend appropriate solutions
• Provide detailed quotes
• Update customers on progress
• Handle cashing out
• Make follow‑up calls
• Track warranties and returns

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Pass background and MVR checks
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not mandatory
