- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally and promptly

- Follow up with customers and maintain communication throughout projects
- Input and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
- Prepare invoices, proposals, change orders, and project documents
- Cook up schedules with subcontractors and vendors
- Track product orders and delivery timelines
- Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or missing items
- Aid in showroom organization and events
- Help prepare for home shows and marketing events
- Set up and assist with email campaigns in CRM software
- Pick up supplies locally when needed
- Support the team wherever needed to keep projects moving smoothly
- Takes initiative and follows through
- Communicates clearly and professionally

Skills
- Strong computer and smartphone proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities
- CRM experience is a plus
- Experience in customer service, administration, inside sales, or scheduling preferred
