About the role

The role of a Junior Sales Partner at Apex Energy Solutions involves working closely with a national team to provide consultative window replacement experiences to customers. The position is designed for individuals who are passionate about the industry and eager to grow quickly.

Responsibilities

• Complete a three-week intensive training program called Agoge, focusing on improving interaction skills and staying motivated.
• Utilize proprietary technology, LOUPE, and other marketing materials to implement Flipside™, Apex’s marketing program.
• Work with a Senior Sales Partner team to understand customer needs and provide full consultative window replacement experiences.
• Thrive in a high-paced, ever-changing environment, striving for excellence in advocating for Apex’s groundbreaking window technology.
