About the role
This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Edmond, OK. The specialist will generate new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and present insurance products that align with client needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct consultations and provide clear explanations of coverage options
- Support marketing campaigns
- Participate in community outreach
- Track sales performance to meet individual and team goals
- Assist with training team members on sales best practices and agency tools
- Maintain accurate records in the agency’s systems
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid sales and sales management skills to drive new business, manage pipelines, and meet performance targets
- Training skills to share product knowledge and support development of team members
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field (beneficial)
- Ability to work on-site in Edmond, OK, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client inquiries
