About the role
The Sales & Marketing Recruiter supports recruiting efforts for Capital Vacations' Myrtle Beach operations and collaborates with leadership teams across additional markets. The position involves sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top-performing sales and marketing professionals in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales and marketing positions for Myrtle Beach and Cape Cod markets.
- Recruit for roles including sales representatives, marketing representatives, managers, directors, and other revenue-generating positions.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and operational leaders.
- Career fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives as needed.
- Attend career fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives as needed.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Travel to supported markets for recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and operational partnership opportunities.
- Meet hiring goals while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
- High-volume recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, hospitality, vacation ownership, retail, or commission-based positions is preferred.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams is preferred.
- Experience participating in hiring events, career fairs, and community recruiting initiatives is preferred.
