About the role

Cypress Village is recruiting for a Hospitality-focused Sales and Marketing Manager for Assisted Living and Memory Care. The position is based at our upscale Senior Living Community in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Mets and Exceeds Budgeted Sales Expectations
• Effectively Responds to New Inquiries in a Timely Manner
• Safeguards and Maintains Timely Follow-through on Prospect Inquiries in Accordance with Designated Time Frames
• Utilizes Sales Force Effectively by Promptly Inputting Data and Uses the System to Manage Assigned Lead Base
• Understands and Articulates the Community for Outside Sales and Referral Management
• Executes and Manages Referral Source and Internal Prospect Events

Pay

Full-time, Monday - Friday schedule with weekend on-call coverage as needed.
