Responsibilities

• Analyze trends and craft captivating marketing campaigns to resonate with the vibrant community.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a unified approach to customer experience.
• Lead regular team meetings, brainstorming creative ideas and strategies to elevate the brand presence.
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to spread the word about exceptional services.
• Gather feedback, track satisfaction levels, and continuously refine outreach efforts.
• Engage with the community and team members through networking and public speaking.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required, but a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree will enhance your candidacy.
• At least two years of successful experience in sales or marketing.
• Organizational prowess to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Enthusiasm to ignite creativity among colleagues.
• Familiarity with national and state regulations, including ADA/Fair Housing Regulations.
• Proficiency in computers and tools like lead management systems, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Senior Housing, Independent-Style, or Assisted Living is a definite plus.
