About the role
The Accelerated Path to Management Program at New York Life is designed for motivated individuals who want to make a lasting impact on the financial well-being of individuals, families, and small businesses. Participants will start as a financial professional, gaining hands-on experience, and then transition into a management role after successfully completing a six-month intensive training program.
Responsibilities
- Learn firsthand about a financial professional's role and day-to-day work by working as a financial professional during the first year.
- Receive extensive training, access to digital tools, and a comprehensive product suite.
- Understand and appreciate the strength and value of New York Life's products and services.
- Lead and build a team of financial professionals during the six-month Associate Partner training program.
- Continue to grow and be promoted to increasingly senior levels of management.
Requirements
- Previous sales or managerial experience in another industry.
- Experience running your own career.
- An MBA or equivalent degree.
Qualifications
- Strong motivation and desire to make a difference.
- Ability to answer affirmatively to one of the following questions: Have you previously run your own career? Do you have an MBA or other equivalent degree?

Pay
The salary range for an Associate Partner is $60,000–$150,000 (in California and Washington, the minimum salary is $66,560 and $67,725, respectively).
