Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers while sampling products
• Prepare and serve food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc., following specific cooking directions
• Cut and sample produce and grocery products
• Achieve sales goals by sharing products with customers and encouraging them to try new items
• Coordinate all event activities, including:
  • Event setup and takedown
  • Communicating upcoming events in department manager meetings
  • Managing sample supply and sample product inventory
  • Preparing event recaps via SharePoint
• Maintain program-specific equipment
• Adhere to strict food safety guidelines
• Complete assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts products
• Thrives on customer engagement
• Ability to suggestively sell products
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to follow cooking directions
• Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours
• Experience with customer service, sales, marketing, or event planning
• Strong organizational skills
• Results-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving skills
• Intermediate-level computer skills
