Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with new and existing B2B and B2C clients.
- Contact and qualify company-provided leads (no cold calling).
- Understand customer project requirements and recommend the right building solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Guide customers through the complete sales cycle, from inquiry to closing.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Recommend design options based on project requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in consultative, solution-based, or account management sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Good organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling construction, architectural, building materials, or industrial products.
- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
