Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Discuss and assist customers in selecting the most suitable price plans and promotions
- Achieve and maintain set performance metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Navigate order entry systems efficiently
- Exercise compliance standards for securing customer information
- Work independently and multi-task, adhering to site rules and regulations
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum age of 18
- 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred, or other applicable work experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in mathematics and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively as an individual and a team member
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Physical Requirements
May occasionally require lifting as appropriate to perform job duties
Working Conditions
- Work onsite at assigned locations or events within an assigned geography
- Available to work evenings and weekends
Pay and Benefits
This part-time position is compensated on a commission-only basis, with a range of $3 to $100 per completed task and pursuant to incentives and/or targets provided by the Team Leads and/or Area Managers. Certain non-sales time is compensated at the applicable minimum wage.
