Retail Sales Agent
Overview
We're looking for a proactive Retail Sales Agent to join our team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Aid customers in product selection, from introduction to sale and beyond, ensuring timely and excellent service.
- Attend vendor clinics and employee training sessions to enhance the development of the retail team.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion and with excellent guest service skills.
- Assist in receiving merchandise, pricing, merchandising products on the floor, and managing back stock inventory.
- Help with daily replenishment of back stocked products.
- Absorb and take part in monthly inventory.
- Maintain a clean atmosphere in the store by adhering to an established cleaning schedule and taking initiative to maintain an outstanding shop appearance.
- Understand sports activities related to the products being sold, including golf, tennis, and skiing.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent customer service skills.
