Sales Advisor w/Maintenance

About the role

Since launching in September 2021, LUV Car Wash has grown to nearly 90 locations across six states (CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ), with ongoing expansion. Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Educate customers on promotions, memberships, and products to create the ideal service experience
• Apply relationship management skills and remain open to feedback
• Demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position
• Remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website

Requirements

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing
• Work outside in varying weather conditions
• Standing for long periods of time during shift
• Maintain a sense of urgency while keeping a friendly and courteous attitude
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted

Skills

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in membership sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
