Requirements
- Drive sales by connecting authentically with customers, sharing product knowledge, and anticipating their travel needs.
- Partner with store leadership to execute selling strategies and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions using our Shopify POS system.
- Support stock management, maintain beautiful visual merchandising, and assist with opening/closing routines with great attention to detail.
- Act as a hands-on customization expert by personalizing bags and travel gear for clients in-store, creating a truly unique and memorable experience.

- Strong problem-solving skills, great time management, and a mindset focused on achieving KPIs.
- Comfortable handling cash transactions, multitasking, and tackling physical retail tasks like standing, lifting, and managing inventory.
