Sales Administrator

About the role

UBEO Business Services, a distributor and servicer of document equipment and software solutions, is seeking a Branch Sales Administrator. Primary products include multi-functional equipment and printers from Xerox, Ricoh, Canon, Konica Minolta, and Kyocera, as well as electronic document management software and integrations. The position provides administrative support to the Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to sales professionals
• Act as a liaison between sales teams and back-office teams
• Review order packets to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Scan and index required documents into workflow systems
• Generate orders and paperwork for picking up and relocating equipment at customer sites
• Obtain buyouts and credit approvals as requested by the sales team
• Communicate with Order Processors regarding the status of open sales orders
• Assist with open house events and product shows
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook)
• Proficiency in E-Automate or other similar ERP systems
• Proficiency with ECM/Workflow software
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications
• Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs on occasion
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
