Job Responsibilities
CRM & Sales Support
- Create and maintain Leads and Opportunities in CRM.
- Ensure CRM records are complete, accurate, and up to date throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist Account Executives with CRM updates, data entry, and sales administration requests.
- Monitor opportunity progression and follow up on missing information required for processing.
- Support CRM data quality initiatives and ensure compliance with company processes.
Quote & Order Processing
- Prepare and process customer quotes.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Validate pricing, products, customer information, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve order-related issues.
- Track orders through completion and communicate status updates as needed.
Contract & Document Management
- Prepare customer-facing sales documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs), agreements, and order documentation.
- Send documents for electronic signature using Adobe Acrobat Sign.
- Monitor signature status and follow up with internal teams and customers when necessary.
- Maintain organized electronic records of executed agreements.
Sales Coordination
- Serve as a primary administrative resource for the Sage X3/500 sales team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely processing of customer transactions.
- Support month-end and quarter-end sales activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist with reporting, sales metrics, and administrative projects as assigned.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve sales administration processes and increase efficiency.
- Support automation initiatives and adoption of best practices.
- Maintain documentation of standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred).
- Experience processing quotes, contracts, and sales orders.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat Sign or similar electronic signature platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting ERP or software sales organizations.
- Experience with Sage products or ERP solutions.

Compensation
Base hourly rate range: $29.00 to $31.00. Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) experience, including industry or product-specific experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, and/or other applicable laws.
