About the role
The Sales Administrator ensures a smooth running sales department and contributes to driving sales growth. This position undertakes multiple administrative tasks related to the needs of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quotes and quoting system for new equipment orders
- Order processing including specifications, confirmations and invoicing
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with customers regarding new equipment orders (email, letters, packages, etc.)
- Create and update contacts in CRM
- Create and update excel spreadsheets regarding orders
- Track stock of office and warehouse supplies, and place orders when necessary
- Demo scheduling, preparation, coordination and customer communications
- Assist all colleagues as necessary
- Customer Service- answering phones, and letting guests in the front door
- Occasional travel for trade shows
- Any additional professional requirements requested by Sikora management
Requirements
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Associates degree in Business or related field or applicable experience
