Sales Support
- Maintain and update Hubspot CRM records (contacts, opportunities, pipeline stages, etc.)
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, RFP responses, and supporting documentation
- Support in using Hubspot to maintain and update sales dashboards and reports
- Track and follow up on outstanding quotes, renewals, and customer legal documentation
- Aid the sales team in developing and improving processes, including building templates for contracts
- Experience with SAP and/or willingness to learn about data migration processes is advantageous
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role (sales/project support preferred)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
- Experience supporting documentation processes such as RFPs, contracts, or change requests is a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred
- Ability to be client-facing and manage client expectations professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Interest in global business and willingness to travel as opportunities arise
