Key Responsibilities
- Process, update, and track orders; coordinate with production/shipping; resolve discrepancies
- Handle inquiries, provide order updates, manage documentation, resolve/escalate issues
- Prepare quotes/proposals; maintain accurate customer data
- Partner with production/logistics on stock levels, backorders, and lead times
- Maintain order records, ensure compliance with required documents
- Aid in sales reporting, forecasts, and trend analysis
Qualifications
- High school diploma + 2+ years experience in sales administration or customer service
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Nice to have
- Spanish
- Making manufacturing/industrial experience
