Description
Dirty Devil Disposal is seeking a Sales Admin to support its disposal and sanitation services. This role is office-based, focusing on customer service, pricing, orders, and account support, collaborating closely with dispatch and operations teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers calling about Dirty Devil Disposal services.
- Aid customers with pricing, service options, orders, and general inquiries.
- Prepare quotes and enter orders accurately.
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations to ensure services and deliveries are on schedule.
- Track customer needs, follow up on bids, and explore new business opportunities.
- Maintain open communication with contractors, vendors, and customers.
- Support credit and collections efforts, including account setup, payment coordination, and resolving billing issues.
- Keep sales records, customer information, and reports updated.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Prior sales, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in construction, trucking, disposal, sanitation, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in entering information.
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to assist customers and team members.
