Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Develop strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Cook up with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to clients.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular strategy meetings and business reviews with clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Paid Advertising.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
