Sales Account Manager
About the role
Precision Press, a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our Customer Service Team in North Mankato. This role will focus on nurturing current accounts within a geographically assigned territory while also maintaining relationships with key and national accounts.
Responsibilities
- Managing the entire sales cycle from working with current customers to finding new clients within each account
- Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
- Designing, developing, and delivering sales proposals and presentations on product benefits
- Presenting products and ideas to distributors in a way that they can sell to their clients (Value-Based selling)
- Scheduling and conducting annual Account Reviews with top customers
- Providing quotes, virtual concepts (digital visuals of their logo on our products), and follow-up for larger opportunities
- Tradeshow and website-generated warm lead follow-up

Qualifications
- Associates degree in Sales or Marketing, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Experience working in the promotional industry
- Customer service experience

Benefits
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $45,000-$57,000 plus the ability to earn commission. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or works. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
