Qualifications

  • Valid Oregon driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record
  • Pass a background check
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • A team player with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Skills

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and referral partners
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events
  • Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support incoming opportunities
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools
  • Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships
  • Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads, with the opportunity to earn commission
  • Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals
