For our client, we are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a hospitality and recreation environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $300,000 – $330,000 annually Responsibilities Drive new business growth by identifying revenue opportunities in California Lead customer meetings and deliver compelling presentations to qualified leads Attend events to generate leads and build client relationships Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations with Sales Engineering team Manage Proof of Concept exercises tailored to prospects’ needs Coordinate RFX responses with internal teams for comprehensive proposals Collaborate on solution design to ensure alignment with client requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with strong work experience; Master’s in Computer Science or related field preferred 7+ years of full sales cycle experience in the Computer Software Industry Proven ability to manage and expand an existing customer base Experience with Agentic Process Automation (APA) or related automation technologies 25-50% travel requirement for client engagement and industry events Benefits Flexible work schedule / remote roles Unlimited Personal Time Off 12 holidays off per year 4 days volunteer time off per year Eligible for 4 company Achievement days off per year Variety of health care and well-being benefits Paid family/parental leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
