At PowerLender, we are more than just a loan origination system – we are a trusted partner to banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, and housing finance agencies across the United States. Founded in 1978 and an affiliate of IBT Apps since 2023, we've spent more than four decades earning a reputation as one of the most flexible and highly configurable platforms in lending, built to help lenders streamline operations, strengthen compliance, and deliver a seamless borrowing experience. Join us as we modernize our platform and our go-to-market approach, and help build what PowerLender becomes next. We are currently looking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of Account Executive. This person owns full-cycle new-name sales from first prospect through demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement - selling PowerLender to new banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, and housing finance agencies. Working directly with the CEO and product leadership, the Account Executive doesn't just carry a quota; they help shape PowerLender's go-to-market strategy, pricing, and market positioning during this period of modernization. This is not a role for someone who wants to sell the way sales was done ten years ago, waiting on a dedicated SDR team to fill the pipeline. We expect this person to actively leverage AI and automation tools to build and run a high-leverage outbound motion - account research, targeting, list building, and personalized outreach at scale without relying on SDR support. Comfort with, and a genuine point of view on, AI-driven prospecting is a non-negotiable part of this role. Equally important, this role is central to a shift already underway at PowerLender. Today, top-of-funnel generation depends on a junior, dedicated Lead Gen function. We are moving to a model where one senior, full-cycle Account Executive owns the entire motion end-to-end, with AI doing the work a team of SDRs used to do. The Account Executive will be central to proving out that model — both in their own territory and as PowerLender builds the succession capacity it needs as senior members of the sales team gradually shift their responsibilities elsewhere.
