About the role

Responsible for overseeing aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards, and managing a team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure aircraft are safe for flight.
• Conduct regular inspections and repairs to prevent mechanical failures.
• Train and mentor new technicians in aircraft maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance.
• Commercial Pilot License (if applicable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Schedule

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
