About the role
Responsible for overseeing aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards, and managing a team of technicians.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure aircraft are safe for flight.
- Conduct regular inspections and repairs to prevent mechanical failures.
- Train and mentor new technicians in aircraft maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance.
- Commercial Pilot License (if applicable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
