About the Role

This role runs the day-to-day of our Accessories division — the broadest service line in our 15,000 sq ft shop, covering audio, leather, remote start, security, truck bed, tint, and bolt-on accessories. You will work directly with customers and technicians to move jobs from the front counter through the install bay and out the door on time.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and technicians to move jobs from the front counter through the install bay and out the door on time.
• Handle phone and walk-in traffic.
• Assign and monitor technician work.
• Keep customers informed as their jobs progress.
• Dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Keep the pace of the business moving and accounted for.

Compensation

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 + yearly including commission
