In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of SailPoint Identity Security projects while ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and business outcomes. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, delivery teams, sales, and leadership, managing project execution, financial performance, resource planning, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle. This role requires a strong combination of delivery management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and strategic planning skills. Location: USA Employment Type: Full-time, Remote What You'll Do Lead end-to-end delivery management for SailPoint implementation and advisory engagementsManage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution, quality delivery, and customer satisfactionAct as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, risks, issues, and escalationsPartner with Sales and Account teams during pre-sales and post-sales phases to support project scoping and delivery planningDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, and status reportsMonitor project financials, profitability, utilization, and productivity metrics to ensure successful delivery outcomesCollaborate with Resource Management and Delivery Leadership to align staffing strategies with project requirementsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersProvide regular executive-level updates on project health, delivery performance, and customer success metricsWork closely with Customer Success teams to drive customer adoption, engagement, and long-term successIdentify opportunities to expand services, improve customer outcomes, and support business growth initiativesDrive continuous improvement across delivery processes, governance standards, and operational best practicesSupport issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation management across customer engagementsMentor and coach team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development supportFoster a collaborative, high-performing delivery culture focused on accountability and customer success Who We're Looking For 5+ years of experience within a Software, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Consulting organizationMinimum 3+ years of project management, delivery management, or professional services leadership experienceStrong experience managing enterprise software implementation or consulting engagementsProven ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectationsExperience collaborating with Sales teams on project scoping, estimation, and delivery planningStrong customer-facing experience with executive stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teamsExceptional leadership, mentoring, coaching, and team development skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilitiesAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience presenting project updates, business reviews, and delivery metrics to leadership teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferredEnglish language proficiency required Nice-to-Have Skills Experience delivering SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), IdentityIQ (IIQ), or other IAM/IGA solutionsExperience managing cybersecurity, identity governance, or cloud transformation programsPMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management certificationsFamiliarity with IAM concepts including Identity Governance, Access Management, Provisioning, and RBACExperience working with enterprise customers across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Healthcare, or Education sectorsKnowledge of SaaS delivery models, professional services operations, and customer success frameworksExperience with resource management, utilization planning, and services profitability managementITIL, CISSP, or other technology and security certificationsExperience leading distributed or global delivery teams Why You’ll Love Working Here At KeyData Cyber, we put people first, valuing learning, growth, and work-life balance.
