Responsibilities

• Teach all courses in a good-natured and creative manner.
• Support the participants in putting the theory into practice in a realistic setting.

Requirements

• Offshore / maritime experience
• Proficient in the English language
• Creative, stress-resistant, and bring your good mood with you to work
• Client-oriented; it gives you energy to know that the participants love your training course

Qualifications

• Never taught training courses before, but have been active in the Offshore sector

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
