About the role

Our company provides qualified and experienced safety consultants to large-scale projects across the United States. Our clients include both large and small companies that need safety professionals on a wide range of sites, including semiconductor facilities, solar farms, data centers, high-rise towers, hospitals, stadiums, and other large-scale projects.

Our consultants assist in the supervision of construction crews, provide safety reports and audits to clients, offer guidance on OSHA regulations and best practices, and act as the liaison between the client and contractors in all areas related to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time, in-field support for Subcontractors, General Contractors, and Owners.
• Offer insight into applicable OSHA standards and review existing safety programs and policies for gap analysis.
• Deliver suggested corrective actions and best practices.
• Conduct audits, investigations, and training as needed.
• Act as a liaison between contractors, clients, and field personnel with professionalism.

Requirements

• OSHA 30, 510, 500, and/or Board Certifications (e.g., CHST, STS-C, CSP, ASP, GSP).
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or other safety-related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical experience (NFPA 70E).
• Competency training in excavation/trenching, confined space, working at heights, etc.

Pay

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end for this position. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors including previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, and scheduled hours.
