Responsibilities
- Perform all duties and responsibilities according to the Mission and Core Values of the Company.
- Aid in the implementation and maintenance of safety programs to minimize risks and injuries.
- Assist in OSHA recordkeeping and ensure compliance with relevant government standards.
- Create and approve Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSPPs), and Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Plans for specific projects.
- Coordinate insurance and safety-related requirements for various projects.
- Handle safety/vendor qualification packets and manage safety training courses and certifications.
- Support the Safety Manager in creating and communicating safety goals for Bonded.
- Communicate regularly with regional/division managers, foremen/journeyman, installation crews, and project coordination.
- Maintain relationships with customers and outside vendors, including safety managers and suppliers.
- Participate in safety portal management, such as Avetta and ISNetworld.
- Manage safety equipment and assist with purchasing decisions.
- Provide internal support to Regional/Division Managers, Foreman/Journeyman, Installation Crews, and Project Coordination.
- Attend Monday Morning Toolbox Talks in Bonded divisions.
- Periodically visit job sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Train and develop safety awareness in the allG manufacturing plant.
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s license with a clear MVR.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Fluent in English with the ability to read and write.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented.
- Career-oriented with a desire to grow with the company.
- Proficiency in Windows Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams), electronic plan software, internet, and project management software.
- Two to five years of construction safety supervision experience.
- A degree in a safety-related field is preferred.
- Construction safety experience is required.
- OSHA 510 certification is required.
- First Aid/CPR Trainer certification is preferred.
- MEWP Trainer certification is preferred.
- Approximately 25% travel.
