Responsibilities

• Ensure all required internal and external reporting obligations are met, including monthly reporting of site safety metrics.
• Plan, lead, evaluate, and continuously improve the awareness and practice of safe construction methods.
• Strive to create a project environment encouraging a collaborative working spirit and an integrated project culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, or other related field required.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year experience in construction and/or industrial safety required.
• First aid and/or CPR certification preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
• Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as we may have current or future roles which may better align with experience.

Pay

• Target hiring range: $66,000 – $84,000 annually.
• Compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations.
• In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
