About the Role
Help support specific project needs and ensure that best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and an improved safety culture and performance is delivered. Oversee all aspects of a complex electrical structures and construction project ensuring OSHA compliance. Proven ability to interact with teams and implement improvements.
Attend safety department and management meetings, training workshops, and daily activity briefings. Ensures process is established that verifies qualifications, training, and PPE of personnel performing the work.
Responsibilities

- Establish processes to verify qualifications, training, and PPE of personnel performing the work
- Drive assurance around energy isolation and contractor lockout/tagout (LOTO) compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of direct safety experience in electrical construction
- NFPA 70e certification
- OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certified
- Experience working on a data center build or similar environment
- Experience driving assurance around energy isolation and contractor lockout/tagout (LOTO) compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field (preferred)
