Safety Specialist

We are seeking a Safety Specialist to apply scientific and practical knowledge in safety compliance, aiming to innovate, design, and improve systems, processes, equipment, and tools to enhance safety characteristics. Lead safety improvement projects and support plant themes, promoting a safety culture.Proactively utilize PDCA cycles to reduce injuries and hazards through continuous safety enhancements.Support department leaders and safety committees by interpreting safety policies, conducting risk assessments, ergonomic studies, and documenting safety activities.Develop technical expertise and professional skills while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and injury prevention strategies.Communicate effectively across all organizational levels and leverage safety knowledge to foster safety excellence. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields, with 0-4 years of safety experience. Key skills involve interpersonal abilities, strong communication, understanding safety regulations, Microsoft Office proficiency, and effective planning. Work involves an open office and manufacturing environment, with potential overtime, varying shifts, and minimal travel.
