About the role

Safety Specialist at High Desert Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center in Lancaster, CA. The role provides a high level of customer service by maintaining a safe environment for clients, visitors, staff, and physicians through direct and indirect physical and verbal interactions, modeling appropriate behaviors, monitoring daily client activities, screening for contraband, inventorying client property, monitoring surveillance equipment, controlling access, answering/directing clients, conducting physical security checks, responding to fires/emergencies, and maintaining vigilance over the facility milieu to support quality client care and optimum operations.
