Responsibilities
- Support and enforce site safety programs in compliance with OSHA and project requirements
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs, hazard assessments, and safety inspections
- Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly
- Lead or support safety meetings, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Monitor worker safety compliance, PPE usage, and adherence to site protocols
- Cover audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance efforts
- Promote and reinforce a strong safety-first culture across all personnel
Qualifications
- OSHA 30 or OSHA 510 certification required
- 2+ years of experience in construction safety, EHS, or field safety support
- Experience in construction environments is required (semiconductor or TSMC experience preferred, but not required)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
- Ability to work on active construction sites and perform site walkthroughs daily
- Strong communication and coordination skills across field teams
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills
- English required (bilingual Mandarin is a plus, but not required)
Pay
$35-$40/hr DOE
