Safety Specialist

We are seeking a Safety Specialist to apply their scientific and practical safety knowledge to innovate, design, and improve safety systems, processes, equipment, and tools in alignment with daily operations, new models, and business goals. Key responsibilities include leading safety improvement projects, proactively cycling PDCA to reduce injuries and hazards, supporting safety culture initiatives, interpreting and applying safety policies, performing risk assessments and ergonomic studies, and analyzing safety data for reporting and trend analysis. Qualifications require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields, with 0-4 years of safety experience. Essential skills include strong interpersonal, communication, data analysis, problem-solving, and understanding of safety regulations, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
