Safety Specialist
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site safety inspections and audits.
- Monitor Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance and enforce safety protocols.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver OSHA-based training programs.
- Investigate incidents and document findings.
- Maintain safety records and reporting documentation.
- Collaborate with management and field teams.
- Serve as liaison with OSHA and safety agencies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction safety management or related construction field experience.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Knowledge of electrical construction (NFPA 70E preferred).
- Valid Driver's License.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Experience in safety program development.
- Understanding of risk mitigation and incident investigation processes.
- Proficiency in safety training and compliance management.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Newark, DE.
