About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work adheres to the highest standards of quality and safety. They will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met and budgets are controlled.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project timelines and control budgets.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy civil/industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, bidding processes, and contract administration.
• Understanding of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
