We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: About us, Summary, Essential Duties and Responsibilities, Preferred Education and/or Experience, Computer Skills, Required Attributes, Language Skills, Physical Demands, Work Environment, Benefits? There's a line: "We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package". That's benefits and pay mention but not specific. According to rules: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here we have "competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package" but not specific numbers. Is that considered specific enough? It says "competitive salary" (no number) and "comprehensive benefits package" (no detail). Likely considered vague, not specific. So we should NOT create Benefits or Pay sections. Schedule: we have Work Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. / Mon. – Fri. That's specific schedule. So we can include a Schedule section. Also location given. But location is not a heading per rules; we can include in a short p maybe. Job ID etc drop.
We need headings: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- About us (maybe "About the role"? Actually "About us" is company description. Could be "About the role"? But we have a Summary. Could treat "About the role" as summary. But we have "Job Summary" heading in original. We'll create a section maybe "About the role" with the summary paragraph.
- Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities.
- Requirements: maybe "Preferred Education And/or Experience" plus "Computer Skills" plus "Required Attributes" plus "Language Skills". Could combine into Requirements or Qualifications. But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose a few substantive sections.
We have content for:
- About the role (summary)
- Responsibilities (essential duties)
- Requirements (preferred education/experience, computer skills, required attributes, language skills) maybe combine.
- Qualifications (maybe not separate)
- Skills (maybe computer skills)
- Schedule (work shift)
- Physical Demands and Work Environment could be under Requirements or maybe separate but not in list. Could embed in Requirements as paragraphs.
We must not invent sections like Qualifications if no specific content. We have qualifications content (preferred education, etc). Could put under Requirements.

We must not invent sections like Qualifications if no specific content. We have qualifications content (preferred education, etc). Could put under Requirements.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for duties we list each duty as li. For requirements we can list each bullet.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, scam warning, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (the "About us" appears twice). We'll keep one.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading with job title.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's extract content:
Company description: "We are one of the leading mechanical contractors in the eastern United States. Our construction and service (mechanical and electrical) experience includes a broad range of commercial and government projects, including data centers, hospitals, sports stadiums, convention centers, hotels, and research laboratories." Then later duplicate about Poole and Kent. We'll combine.
Job Summary: "The Safety Representative position is an important role for the company. The ideal candidate will assist the Director, Loss Control and the Project Team in support of the safety controls, processes, and procedures for the prevention of disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and biological agents or ergonomic factors. This position will provide the opportunity to develop on the job experience in learning how to conduct inspections, accident/incident investigations and enforce adherence to laws and regulations governing the health and safety of individuals."
Location: Franklin Furnance, OH (note spelling maybe Franklin Furnace? but keep as given). Reports to: Director, Loss Control. FLSA Status: Full-Time / Exempt. Work Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. / Mon. – Fri.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list many items.
Preferred Education And/or Experience: bullet list.
Computer Skills: Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel).
Required Attributes: list.
Language Skills: Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels...
Physical Demands: description.
Work Environment: description.
Benefits: "We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package" - vague; we should not create Benefits section.
Schedule: we have work shift.
We'll create sections:
About the role
... summary + company description? maybe combine.
Responsibilities
- ... each duty
Requirements
maybe combine preferred education, computer skills, required attributes, language skills, physical demands, work environment? But physical demands and work environment are not exactly requirements but could be under Requirements. However we might create separate sections for Physical Demands and Work Environment if we want to keep them. But the allowed headings list does not include those; but we can still use other headings? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should stick to those headings. So we need to map content to those headings.
Thus we need to decide which of those headings we have substantive content for:
- About the role: yes (summary + company description)
- Responsibilities: yes (essential duties)
- Requirements: yes (preferred education/experience, computer skills, required attributes, language skills)
- Qualifications: maybe we could treat preferred education as qualifications, but we already used Requirements. Could we split? Might be thin. Better to use Requirements for education/experience, and Skills for computer skills, Language Skills maybe under Skills? But we have Skills heading allowed. Could put computer skills under Skills, language skills under Skills? But we also have required attributes maybe under Requirements. Let's think.
We have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have content for:
- About the role
- Responsibilities
- Requirements (preferred education/experience)
- Qualifications (maybe we could put required attributes? but required attributes are more like personal attributes, could be qualifications)
- Skills (computer skills, language skills)
- Schedule (work shift)
- Benefits? we have vague statement; better not include.
- Pay? none.
We also have physical demands and work environment; where to put? Could be under Requirements or Qualifications as additional details. We'll include them as paragraphs under Requirements maybe.
We must not create sections with filler. So we will include only those headings with real content.
Let's extract details precisely.
Company description paragraph: "We are one of the leading mechanical contractors in the eastern United States. Our construction and service (mechanical and electrical) experience includes a broad range of commercial and government projects, including data centers, hospitals, sports stadiums, convention centers, hotels, and research laboratories."
Later duplicate about Poole and Kent: "The Poole and Kent Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of EMCOR Group. Inc. Poole and Kent is one of the leading mechanical contractors in the eastern United States. Our construction and service (mechanical and electrical) experience includes a broad range of commercial and government projects, data centers, hospitals, sports stadiums, convention centers, hotels, and research laboratories."
We can combine but avoid duplication. We'll keep one concise version: maybe combine both: "Poole and Kent Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of EMCOR Group, is one of the leading mechanical contractors in the eastern United States. Our construction and service (mechanical and electrical) experience includes a broad range of commercial and government projects, including data centers, hospitals, sports stadiums, convention centers, hotels, and research laboratories."
Job Summary paragraph: "The Safety Representative position is an important role for the company.
Location etc: we can include in a short p under About the role maybe.
Now Responsibilities list: Let's extract each duty sentence.
