Safety Representative

About the role

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Safety Representative to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. Since 1913, Fisk has been one of the nation’s leading providers for the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems, structured cabling applications, integrated electronic security systems, and building technology solutions. They have experience on virtually every building type or unusual site condition across the United States and internationally, including large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and mission-critical data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and enforcement of site-specific safety programs
• Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Affirm OSHA and company safety compliance
• Assist with incident investigations and reporting
• Maintain OSHA logs and safety documentation
• Provide onboarding and safety training
• Track certifications and training records
• Develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
• Ensure proper use of PPE
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership
• Promote a safety-first culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
• Experience on large-scale or data center projects preferred
• OSHA 30 certification required
• CPR / First Aid certification required
• CHST certification preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in fast-paced field environments
