About the role
Responsible for ensuring workplace safety protocols are adhered to and implemented. Conducts safety audits, trains employees on safety procedures, and addresses any hazards identified.
Responsibilities
- Conducts regular safety inspections and audits of work sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Trains employees on safety procedures, including emergency response plans, personal protective equipment usage, and hazard communication.
- Addresses and resolves safety issues promptly, working closely with management and other departments to implement corrective actions.
- Develops and implements safety improvement programs based on audit findings and employee feedback.
- Maintains accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety-related role.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
