About the role

The role involves leading innovative projects in the field of sustainable architecture, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and driving sustainability initiatives within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable design solutions
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to integrate sustainability principles into project designs
  • Conduct research on emerging sustainable technologies and practices
  • Advocate for sustainable practices within the company and industry
  • Prepare and present sustainability reports to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sustainable design
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of green building standards and certifications (LEED, WELL, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
  • Knowledge of sustainable materials and construction techniques
  • Experience with sustainability assessment tools and software (e.g., BIM, EnergyPlus)
  • Understanding of local and international sustainability policies and regulations

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
