We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes summary, duties, requirements, qualifications, benefits? There's a "Continued in Benefits Section" but no actual benefits content given. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Benefits not provided, so we should not include Benefits heading. Pay is given: salary range $125,776 to $163,514. So we can include Pay section with that info. Schedule not provided, so omit. Benefits omitted. We need headings:

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use appropriate ones based on content. We have summary/organizational location: could be "About the role". Duties: Responsibilities. Requirements: Requirements (citizenship, etc). Qualifications: Qualifications. Skills maybe not explicit; we could omit Skills if no specific list. Pay: include salary. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions. Also remove "Please see announcement on USAJOBS for available locations." That's location list; we need to keep location info? It says "Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Human Resources Management, Occupational Safety and Health, located in two of the following locations: [list]". That's substantive; we should keep it under About the role maybe. We need to preserve location list. Also "Continued in Benefits Section" is just a note; we ignore because no benefits. We need to keep duties bullet points. Use
  • . Requirements: list of citizenship, selective service, residency, background investigation, etc. We'll put as list. Qualifications: education requirement and experience requirement. We'll list. Pay: include salary range. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
