Safety Manager -- OSHA

About the role

Owns the environment, health & safety (HSE) program for Supplier Personnel on site, ensuring compliance with applicable safety rules and health-and-safety laws (including OSHA-equivalent requirements and NFPA 70E where applicable). Anchors the safety function and directs Floating HSE Coordinators to maintain 24/7 safety coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and administer the site HSE program: safety plans, JHAs, permits, PPE compliance, and toolbox talks
• Ensure continuous safety coverage across all staffed shifts via Floating HSE Coordinators
• Conduct inspections, audits, and hazard assessments; drive corrective actions to closure
• Lead incident response, investigation, and root-cause/corrective-action reporting; track TRIR
• Coordinate with Fluidstack site leadership and interface with regulatory requirements
• Deliver safety onboarding and ongoing training for Supplier Personnel

Requirements

• Established HSE/safety management experience in data center, construction, or industrial environments
• Relevant safety credentials (e.g., OSHA 30, CHST, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, LOTO, and electrical/mechanical hazards
