The company has been in business over 100 years with a very strong pipeline in the area. They are looking to expand their construction team as part of their growth plan by hiring a Safety Manager to take on key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred
• Proven experience in site safety management, incident investigation, and quality management
• Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal safety regulations
• Proficient in using safety inspection tools and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Pay

$95,000 - $110,000 per year
