Safety Manager- CHST

About the role

Responsible for ensuring site safety and compliance with all regulations. Conducts training sessions and provides consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and provide feedback to management.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
• Assist in the resolution of safety incidents and accidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management or related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Experience with risk assessment and hazard identification.
