About the role
Responsible for ensuring site safety and compliance with all regulations. Conducts training sessions and provides consulting services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and provide feedback to management.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
- Assist in the resolution of safety incidents and accidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management or related field.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with risk assessment and hazard identification.
