Safety Manager

About the role

Responsible for leading construction projects from design through completion. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures timely delivery within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams to ensure successful execution of projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable building practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
